to a point In the South line of Glendale Drive for the Northwest comer of this tract;
THENCE S 89' 43' 45" E with the South line of Glendole Drive, at 10.0 feet pass an iron rod set,
and continuing on the same course, In all a distance of 351.07 feet to an iron rod found at Its

THENCE S 00' 4W 00' W with said West right—of—way line a distance of 441.22 feet to the PLACE
