BEGINNING at an iron rod found at the Southeast corner of a tract of land conveyed to John

said rod being in the North line of U. S. 287 Expressway and being the Southwest corner of
this tract;
THENCE N 00' 13' 38" W, with the East line of said Ward tract, a distance of 343.40 feet to
an iron rod found at the Northeast corner of said Ward tract, said rod also being in the
South line of Lot 2, Block 1, Westridge Estates as recorded in Volume 26, Pages 773-774,
Wichita County Plat Records, said rod being the Northwest comer of this tract;
THENCE N 89' 47' 37' E, with the South line of said Lot 2, a distance of 323.51 feet to a
4" pipe fence comer at an angle corner of said Lot 2, said fence comer being the Northeast
corner of this tract;
THENCE S 22' 07' 32" E. with the South line of said Lot 2, a distance of 173.92 feet to an
iron rod set at an angle corner of said Lot 2, said rod being on the North line of a tract of
land conveyed to John Ward by deed recorded in Volume 1960, Page 684, Official Public
Records of Wichita County and being an angle corner of this tract;
THENCE S 56' 54' 56" E a distance of 54.29 feet to an iron rod found at the Northwest
comer of N. Dembriski Survey, A-66 for an angle corner of this tract;
THENCE S 00' 21' 23" E, with the West line of N. Dembriski Survey, A-66, a distance of
200.49 feet to an iron rod found in the North line of U. S. 287 Expressway for the
Southeast comer of this tract;
THENCE N 79' 34' 42" W, with the North line of U. S. 287 Expressway, a distance of 33.13
feet to an iron rod found at an angle corner in the North line of U. S. 287 Expressway for
an angel comer of this tract;
THENCE N 84' 12' 56" W, with the North line of U. S. 287 Expressway, a distance of 403.56
feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 3.342 acres of land.
THEREFORE, the Owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed
thereon and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicate to the use of the
public forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places
