a highway monument bears N 48' 12' W 52.41 feet and in iron rod found of the

Volume 26, Page 760, Wichita County Plot Records, bears N 84' 12" W 201.12 feet,
for the Southwest comer of this tract;
THENCE N 00' 14' 37" W a distance of 343.29 feet to an iron rod found in the South
line of Lot 2, Block 1, Westwood Estates, for the Northwest comer of this tract;
THENCE with the South line of said Lot 2, N 89' 45' 23" E a distance of 323.00 feet
and S 22' 06' 33" E a distance of 173.91 feet to an iron rod found at an angle point;
THENCE S 89' 45' 23" W a distance of 337.81 feet to an iron rod set for an ell comer
of this tract;
THENCE S 00' 14' 37" E a distance of 30.00 feet to an iron rod set for on ell corner;
THENCE N 89' 45' 23" E a distance of 383.22 feet to an iron rod found at the
Northeast comer of the C. L. Harrison Survey, A-95;
THENCE S 00' 26' 00" E with the East line of said Harrison Survey, a distance of
200.40 feet to an iron rod set in the North line of U. S. Expressway No. 287, for the
Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE with the North line of U. S. No. 287 Expressway, N 79' 48' 00" W a distance
of 33.36 feet to an iron rod found, and N 84' 12' 00" W a distance of 403.32 feet to the
PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 3.092 acres of land.
THEREFORE, the Owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed
thereon and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of
the public forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public
places thereon shown for the purposes and considerations therein expressed.
