THENCE S 01 ° 30' E 799.40 feet to a 1/2 inch iron rod set on a curve to the left on the original South
line of Unit 64 and the North line of Haws Road for the Southeast cornerof this tract;
THENCE in a Northwesterly direction with the curve to the left having a Radius of 1417.52 feet, a

to a 1/2 inch iron rod set at the end of the curve;
