Page 341, Wichita County Deed Records, said iron rod being in the East Line of Peterson Road: THENCE N 890 51' E with the South line of said Bensch tract and Lot 1, Unit 68, at 316.91 feet pass an iron rod found, at 869 06 feet pass an iron rod found and continuing on same course, in all a distance of 872.06 feet to a point in concrete ditch at the Southeast corner of Lot 1, as recorded at Volume 27, Page 463, for the Northeast corner of this tract; THENCE S 060 51' 30" E a distance of 209.84 feet to a point in concrete ditch for the Southeast corner of this tract; THENCE S 890 51' W. at 2.7 feet pass an iron rod found, and continuing on same course, in all a distance of 793.6 feet to an iron rod set in the East line of Peterson Road, said Iron rod being in a curve to the left whose radius bears S 610 39' 40" W 699.4 feet and a central angle of 020 03' 40", for the Southwest corner of this tract, THENCE in a Northwesterly direction with said curve to the left for an arc distance 25.16 feet (chord bears N 290 22' W 25.16 feet) to end of curve and the beginning of a curve to the right having a radius of 1361.8 feet and a central angle of 080 15" THENCE in a Northwesterly direction with said curve to the right for an arc distance of 196.08 feet (chord bears N 260 16' 30' W 195.92 feet) to the end of curve and beginning of a curve to the left having a radius of 459.8 feet and a central angle of 010 25' 31 "; THENCE in a Northwesterly direction with said curve to the left for an arc distance of 11.44 feet (chord bears N 220 52' W 11.44 feet) to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 4.0 acres of land.
