Wichita Valley Farms Subdivision out of J. T. Haynes Survey, Abstract No. 91. Wichita County, Texas and described
by metes and bounds as follows.
BEGINNING at a galvanized pipe in the South line of a public road, N 60' 58' W 45.2 feet from the Northwest corner of
Unit 53, Wichita Valley Forms as shown on plat of record at Volume 3, Page 150, Wichita County Plat Records, said point
being in the East line of Unit 53;
THENCE with the East line of Unit 53, S 00' 54' E, at 570.45 feet pass Iron rod an North bank of lake, at 570.7 feet
pass the Southeast corner of Unit 53 and continuing on the some course, In all 733.4 feet to the center of the lake;
THENCE N 86' 27' W, 275.6 feet to the Southwest corner of this tract in the center of the lake;
THENCE N 00. 54' W, at 97.5 feet pass an iron rod on the North side of the lake, in all 765.6 feet to an Iron rod;
THENCE N 31' 08' E, 91.2 feet to an iron rod in the South line of public road;
THENCE Southeasterly along a curve to the left, having a radius of 792.5 feet for a distance of 28.0 feet to end of curve;
THENCE continuing along South line of public road, S 60' 58' E, 233.5 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing
5.00 Acres of land.
THEREFORE, the Owners of the land shown on this plat and whose names are subscribed thereon and in person
or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all streets, alleys, parks,
water courses, drains, easements and public places thereon shown for the purposes and considerations
therein expressed.
