land out of Unit 33, Wichita Valley Farms, Wichita Falls, Texas, described by metes
and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at the Northwest corner of Unit 33, Wichita Valley Farms, as recorded
in Volume 3, Pages 148-151, Wichita County Plat Records, said point being a 4"
pipe in a fence corner for the Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE N 87' 14' E with the fenced North line of Unit 33, a distance of 275.0
feet to an iron rod for the Northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S 000 04' E a distance of 792.7 feet to an iron rod for the Southeast
corner of this tract;
THENCE S Br 14' W a distance of 275.0 feet to an iron rod in the fenced West
line of Unit 33, for the Southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE N 00° 04' W with the fenced West line of Unit 33 a distance of 792.7 feet
to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 5.0 acres of land.
The owners of the land shown on this plat and whose names are subscribed
thereto, and in person or through a duly authorized agent, Hereby dedicates to the
use of the public forever, all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements
and public places thereon shown for the purposes and considerations therein
