southeast corner of the John Thomas Survey, A-283, Wichita County, Texas, said PK Nail being the southwest corner of said 51.364-acre Shook
and 10.000-acre Bates tracts, said PK Nail being the southwest comer and PLACE OF BEGINNING of this tract;
THENCE NORTH 00'01'00" WEST 60.00 feet along said centerline and along the west lines of said 51.364-acre Shook and 10.000-acre Bates
