125.84 feet to an iron rod set for the most Northerly Northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE South a distance of 570.99 feet to an iron rod set for an ell corner of this tract;
THENCE East a distance of 630.97 feet to an iron rod set in the fenced West line of Old
Jacksboro Highway, for the most Easterly Northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S 13' 53' 51" E with the fenced West line of Old Jacksboro Highway, a
distance of 266.81 feet to an iron rod set for the Southeast comer of this tract;
THENCE West a distance of 995.51 feet to an iron rod set in the fenced East line of Lot
1, Block 1, Oregon Place Addition as shown on plat recorded in Volume 27, Pages 457
and 458, Wichita County Plat Records, for the Southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE N 00'17' 51" E with fence a distance of 159.09 feet to an iron rod found at
an ell corner of said Oregon Place Addition, for the most Westerly Northwest comer of this
tract;
THENCE N 89' 39' 30" E with fence a distance of 34.42 feet to an iron rod found at
an ell corner of this tract;
THENCE N 00' 09' 08" W with fence a distance of 275.35 feet to a 2" pipe fence
comer at the Southeast corner of aforementioned Trinity Air Conditioning tract;
THENCE N 00' 43' 14" W with fence a distance of 299.14 feet to the PLACE OF
BEGINNING and containing 9.00 acres of land.
THEREFORE, the Owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed
