THENCE N 21' 59' W with the East line of Nato Lane, a distance of 95.85 feet to an iron
rod set at the Southwest corner of Lot 1, Block 1, Christian School Subdivision, as
shown on plat recorded in Volume 26, Page 74, Wichita County Plat Records;
THENCE N 29' 46' W a distance of 80.65 feet to an "x" set in concrete at an angle point
in right-of-way;
THENCE N 00' 01' W a distance of 100.0 feet to an iron rod found at an angle point in
right-of-way;
THENCE N 00' 18' 30" W a distance of 186.34 feet to a point at the intersection of the
South line of Jarman Drive and the East line of Neta Lane;
THENCE N 89'24'45" E with the South line of Jarman Drive, a distance of 214.89 feet to a
point for the Northwest corner of a tract conveyed to Bailey R. Powell by deed recorded in
Volume 1488, Page 453, Wichita County Deed Records;
THENCE S 00' 19' 41" E a distance of 188.48 feet to an iron rod found at an angle point;
THENCE S 00' 08' 17" W a distance of 170.03 feet to a 2" pipe found at the Southeast
corner of aforementioned Christian School Subdivision;
THENCE N 89' 59' E a distance of 24.55 feet to an iron rod set at the Northeast corner of
said Lot 1, Block 13, Edgemere South Addition;
THENCE S 01' 03' E with the East line of Lots 1 and 2, Block 13, a distance of 66.35 feet
to an iron rod found at the Southeast corner of this tract ;
THENCE S 82' 10' W a distance of 165.9 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and
containing 2.060 acres of land.
THEREFORE, the Owners of the land shown on this plat and whose names are
subscribed thereon and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicate to the
use of the public forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and
public places thereon shown for the purposes and considerations therein expressed.
