being more specifically described by metes and bounds as follows;
Beginning at a point in the West line of the above mentioned Irrigation Subdivision. ■l so the East right-of-way
line of North Rosewood Avenue, said point being the Southwest corner of the above mentioned Lot 1, W. E. Wilson's
Acre Block Addition, thence North 222.05 feet to the Southwest corner of this tract, and the place of beginning of
this description;
