Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Block H3; Thence in an Easterly Direction aloe
the North side of said Block 475 varas to the Northeast corner of said Block; Thence In a Bout
direction along the Bast line of said Block 3" 1/2 varas to a point; Thence in a Westerly
direction parallel with the South side of said Block 475 varas to a point in the West line of
said Block; Thence in a Northerly dlmotion along the West line of said Block 331 1/2 varas
to the place of beginning, containing 27 3/4 acres, exoepting t:owever, the 4.32 acres out
of said 27 3/4 acre tract, sold by J.A. Kemp to the Citiof Wichita Fa11e,Texas, as Shown by a
deed filed in Book 275 Page 274 of the deed records of Wichita County, Texas.
And I hereby agree In making sales Of oroperty within the limits of said
Addition to do so by reference to the attached map.
