BEGINNING at an iron rod found at the Northwest corner of said Block 7, said rod being
in the East line of a 20 foot alley,
THENCE N 89'51' E with a fence along the North line of Block 7, 468.53 feet to a nail
found in concrete for the Northeast comer of this tract;
THENCE S 00' 53' E at 280.46 feet pass the Northeast corner of the above mentioned
Block 30 and continuing on some course for a total distance of 814.84 feet to an iron rod
set in the North right—of—way line of Fairfax Avenue, a dedicated street, for the Southeast
corner of said Block 30 and the Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S 89' 24' W with the said North line of Fairfax Avenue, a distance of 235.50
feet to an iron rod set at the Southwest corner of said Block 30 and the Southeast corner
of Block 31, McKenzie —Knight Subdivision;
THENCE N 00' 42' W with the West line of said Block 30, a distance of 532.94 feet to
an iron rod set at the Northwest comer of said Block 30 and the Northeast comer of said
Block 31. for an ell comer of this tract, said rod being in the South line of the above
mentioned Block 7;
THENCE S 89. 03' W with the said South line of Block 7, a distance of 235.50 feet to
an Iron rod found at the Northwest corner of Block 31 and the Southwest corner of Block 7,
said rod being the in East line of the above mentioned 20 foot alley,
THENCE N 00' 42' W with said East line of 20 foot olley, a distance of 287.08 feet to
the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 5.95 acres of land.
THEREFORE, the Owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed
thereon and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of
the public forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public
places thereon shown for the purposes and considerations therein expressed.
