THENCE N 46' 05' 18" E a distance of 133.53 feet to an iron rod found in the South line
of Kell Freeway, for the most Northerly Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE S 89' 12' 19" E with the South line of Kell Freeway a distance of 386.50 feet to a
highway monument, for the most Northerly Northwest corner of Said Lot 3, and the
Northeast comer of this tract;
THENCE S OV 46' 02" W a distance of 224.87 feet to on iron rod found at the beginning
of a curve to the right having a radius of 75.0 feet;
THENCE in a Southwesterly direction with said curve to the right an arc distance of 117.93
feet to an iron rod found at the end of curve (chord bearing of this segment
S 45. 42' 57' W-106.15 feet);
THENCE N 89' 13' 45" W with the most Westerly North line of said Lot 3 a distance of
412.51 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 3.203 acres of land.
