Wichita County, continuing on the some course with the East line of said Wichita Investmens,
Inc. tract and the West line of said Curran—Keil Additon, Lot 1, a total distance of 171.97
feet to an iron rod found in the North line of Echo Lane at the Southeast corner of said
Wichita Investments, Inc. tract and the Southwest corner of said Curran—Keil Additon, Lot 1,
for the Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE N 89' 39' 18" W, with the South line of said Wichita Investments, Inc. tract and the
North line of Echo Lane, a distance of 72.91 feet to an iron rod set for the most Southerly
Southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE N 00' 02' 59" W a distance of 93.26 feet to a mag nail set in the North line of
said Wichita Investments, Inc. tract and the South line of said Smith Walker Additon, Lot 1,
for an ell corner of this tract;
THENCE S 89' 23' 54" W, with the North line of said Wichita Investments, Inc. tract and the
South line of said Smith Walker Additon, Lot 1, a distance of 183.17 feet to an X found in
concrete in the East line of Jacksboro Highway at the Northwest corner of said Wichtia
Investments, Inc. tract and the Southwest corner of said Smith Walker Addition, Lot 1;
THENCE N 00' 01' 12" W, with the East line of Jacksboro Highway and the West line of said
Smith Walker Additon, Lot 1, a distance of 80.02 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and
containing 0.62 acres of land.
