BEGINNING at on iron rod found at the Northwest corner of Lot 1, Block 1, Curran —Kiel
Addition as shown on plat recorded at Volume 25, Page 265, Wichita County Plat Records,
also being the Northeast corner of a tract conveyed to H. Smith Walker by deed recorded at
Volume 1565, Page 260, Wichita County Plat Records;
THENCE with West line of said Lot 1, Block 1, Curran —Kiel Addition, S 00' 03' E, a distance
of 77.51 feet to an iron rod set in said West line for the Southeast comer of this tract;
THENCE leaving said West line of Lot 1, Block 1, Curran —Kiel Addition, S 89' 24' 00" W a
distance of 256.09 feet to a set "X" in concrete for the Southwest comer of this tract, said
point being in the East right—of—way line of Jacksboro Highway (U.S. Highway 281 do State
Highway No. 79;
THENCE N 00' 03' W along the said East right—of—way line of Jacksboro Highway, a distance
of 80.01 feet to a set iron rod in said right—of—way line for the Northwest corner of this
tract;
THENCE leaving said East right—of—way line of Jacksboro Highway, N 89' 57' 35" E a
distance of 256.00 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 0.463 acre of land.
THEREFORE, the Owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed
thereon and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicate to the use of
the public forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public
places thereon shown for the purposes and considerations therein expressed.
