more specifically described by metes and bounds as follows;
BEGINNING at an iron rod found at the Southeast comer of Lot 1, Block 1, Amon Family
Addition, as recorded in Volume 27. Page 1096. of the Wichita County Plat Records;
THENCE S 89'59'25' E a distance of 338.78 feet to on iron rod set in the West line of
Interstate 44, for the Northeast comer of this tract;
THENCE S 25'32'04" E with the West line of Interstate 44, o distance of 151.89 feet to a
broken highway monument for an angle comer of this tract;
THENCE S 22*18*03" E with the West line of Interstate 44, a distance of 32.19 feet to an
iron rod found in the North line of Sierra Drive, for the most Easterly Southeast corner of
this tract;
THENCE S 26'48'29" W with the North line of Sierra Drive a distance of 65.74 feet to an iron
rod found, for the most Southerly Southeast comer of this tract;
THENCE S 72'15'25" W with the North line of Sierra Drive a distance of 95.00 feet to an iron
rod set of the beginning of a curve to the right with a radius of 640.00 feet;
THENCE in a Westerly direction along the North line of Sierra Dive and with said
curve to the right for on arc distance of 299.97 feet (chord = S 85'42'13" W — 297.23 feet)
to an iron rod set for the Southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE N 00'00'43" E a distance of 276.79 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing
2.374 acres of land.
THEREFORE, the Owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed
thereon, and In person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of
