Thomas Hardy Survey, Abstract 367, the J.P. Coleman Survey, Abstract 823, and the L P.
Dykes Survey, Abstract 580, Wichita Falls, Wichita County, Texas, described by metes and
bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron rod found at the Southeast corner of Lot 6, Block 1, Amon Family
Addition as recorded in Volume 27, Pages 1078 and 1079 of the Wichita County Plat
Records;
THENCE in an Easterly direction with a curve to the right having a radius of 1010.00 feet, a
central angle of 22' 58' 44" and a long chord which bears S 75' 19' 27" E-402.36, an arc
distance of 405.07 feet to a point of reverse curve;
THENCE in an Easterly direction with a curve to the left having a radius of 640.00 feet, a
central angle of 43' 55' 28" and a long chord which bears S 85' 47' 50" E-478.72 feet,
an arc distance of 490.64 feet to the end of the curve;
THENCE N 72' 14' 26" E a distance of 95.00 feet to on iron rod set for an angle point;
THENCE N 26' 54' 27" E a distance of 65.66 feet to an iron rod set in the West line of
Interstate 44;
THENCE in a Southerly direction with the West line of Interstate 44 the following calls:
S 22' 46' 22" E-43.96 feet to on iron rod set and S 17' 45' 34" E-112.90 feet to an
iron rod set for the Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE N 62' 45' 34" W a distance of 70.71 feet to an iron rod set;
THENCE S 72' 14' 26' W a distance of 95.00 feet to an iron rod set at the beginning of a
curve to the right having a radius of 700.00 feet, a central angle of 4Y 55' 28" and a
long chord which bears N 857 47' 50" W-523.60 feet;
THENCE in a Westerly direction with said curve to the right an arc distance of 536.64 feet
to a point of reverse curve;
THENCE in a Westerly direction with a curve to the left having a radius of 950.00 feet, a
central angle of 22' 58' 43" and a long chord which bears N 75' 19' 27" W-378.45 feet,
an arc length of 381.00 feet to an iron rod set;
THENCE N 03' 11' 11" E a distance of 60.00 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and
containing 1.504 acres of land.
THEREFORE, the Owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed
thereon and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicate to the use of
the public forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public
places thereon shown for the purposes and considerations therein expressed.
