iron rod found at an angle point;
THENCE S 00' 08' 00 E a distance of 22.79 feet to an iron rod set for the most Easterly
Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE N 89' 59' 30" W a distance of 240.00 feet to an iron rod set at an all corner;
THENCE South a distance of 183.04 feet to an iron rod set for the most Southerly
Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE N 89' 59' 30" W a distance of 424.56 feet to an iron rod set for the Southwest
corner of this tract;
THENCE North a distance of 234.00 feet to an iron rod set in the South line of said Lot 1,
Block 1, Wal—Mart North Addition, for the Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE S 89' 59' 30" E with the South line of said Lot 1, a distance of 651.29 feet to
the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 2.557 acres of land.
