FIELD NOTES
A 1.851—acre tract of land out of the Thomas Curry Survey,
Abstract 344, Wichita County, Texas, and being described as
"Tract 3" in that deed recorded in Volume 958, Pages 567
and 568 of the Wichita County Plat Records, said tract
being more specifically described by metes and bounds as
follows:
BEGINNING at a 1/2 inch iron rod lying in the south
right—of—way line of Enterprise Street, a dedicated city
street, said Rod being the northwest corner of said Tract 3
and lying NORTH 89'51'00" EAST 300.60 feet along said
south right—of—way line from the point of Intersection of
said south right—of—way line with the east right—of—way line
of Jo Ann Drive (formerly Mary Ann Drive), a dedicated city
street, for the northwest comer and PLACE OF BEGINNING
of this tract;
THENCE NORTH 89'51'00" EAST 150.00 feet along the south
right—of—way line of said Enterprise Street to a 1/2 inch
iron rod being the northwest comer of Lot 1, Savage
Addition, an addition to the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, as
recorded in Volume 19, Page 19 of the Wichita County Plat
Records, for the northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE leaving the south right—of—way line of said
Enterprise Street, SOUTH 00'09'00" EAST 537.50 feet along
the west line of said Lot 1 to a 1/2 inch iron rod lying in
the north property line of the Lincoln Heights Apartments,
said iron rod being the southwest corner of said Lot 1 and
the southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE leaving the west line of said Lot 1, SOUTH 89'51'00"
