BEGINNING at a 1/2" iron rod found in the North right-of-way line of Airport Drive (a 90
foot public right-of-woy, formerly known as Tank Form Road), said rod bears S 89' 30' W
-307.94 feet and N 00' 25' 38" W-10.0 feet from the intersection of the East line of said
R. Brown Survey with the North right-of-way line of said Airport Drive for the Southeast
corner of this tract and PLACE OF BEGINNING;
THENCE S 89' 36' 07" W. along the said North right-of-way line of Airport Drive, 777.88
feet to a found iron rod in the East right-of-way line of Interstate Highway No. 44 for
corner;
THENCE N 56' 20' 07" W, along the said East right-of-way line of Interstate Highway No.
44. 33.48 feet to a found iron rod in the East right-of-way line of Interstate Highway No.
44 for corner;
THENCE N 22' 24' 33" W, continuing along the East right-of-way line of said Interstate
Highway No. 44, 277.79 feet to a highway monument found in the East right-of-way line of
Interstate Highway No. 44 for an angle point;
THENCE N 26 58' 28" W. continuingalong the East right-of-way line of said Interstate

Highway No. 44, 174.21 feet to an X" in concrete found in the East right-of-way line of
Interstate Highway No. 44 for the Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE N 89' 34' 25" E, leaving said East right-of-way line of Interstate Highway No. 44,
987.44 feet to a found iron rod for the Northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S 00' 25' 38" E. 432.58 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 8.81 acres
of land.
