FIELD NOTES
A tract of land in Wichita County, Texas, being part of Block 1, Kemp & Newby Subdivision of the Cherokee
County School Lands, and being more specifically described by metes and bounds as follows:
Beginning at a 1/2 inch iron rod for the southeast comer of this description lying in the west right-of-way line of
Stone Lake Drive, a street dedicated by that plat of record in Volume 27, Pages 1134 and 1135, Wichita
County Plat Records, said point bears North 15*08'11" West 259.69 feet from a'/2 inch iron rod for the
northeast comer of Lot 5, Block 20, Stone Lake Estates, Phase 3, an addition to the City of Wichita Falls, as
recorded in Volume 27, Pages 1248 and 1249, Wichita County Plat Records.
Thence South 79°31'07" West 255.09 feet to a 1/2 inch iron rod for a point of curvature;
Thence in a southwesterly direction and along a curve to the right having a radius of 340.00 feet, an arc
distance of 68.43 feet to a 112 inch iron rod at the end of the curve, the long chord of said curve bears South
85°1 T06" West 68.32 feet;
Thence North 88°56'53" West 497.91 feet to a 1/2 inch iron rod for the southwest comer of this description;
Thence North 01 e04'54" East, at 137.73 feet pass a '/2 iron rod at a 4 inch pipe fence comer post for the
southwest corner of that tract conveyed to Anderson and Rodriguez in Volume 1443, Page 629, Wichita
County Deed Records, and continuing along the east line of said Anderson and Rodriguez tract on the same
bearing a total distance of 837.95 feet to a 1/2 inch iron rod for the northwest comer of this description;
Thence South 88°56'53" East 783.08 feet to a 1/2 inch iron rod in the west right-of-way line of Stone lake
Drive for the Northeast corner of this description;
Thence along said west right-of-way line of Stone Lake Drive as follows:
South 01 °03'07" West 460.18 feet to a 1/2 inch iron rod for a point of curvature; and
In a southeasterly direction and along a curve to the left having a radius of 1600.00 feet, an arc distance of
322.07 feet to the Place of Beginning and containing 15.00 acres, more or less, the long chord of said curve
