7, a distance of 109.40 feet to an iron rod found at the beginning of a curve to the left
having a radius of 100.00 feet, for an angle corner of this tract;
THENCE with the North line of Bartley Drive and the West line of said Lot 7, Northwesterly
with said curve to the left an arc length of 83.57 feet (Chord bears N 10' 50' 22" W 81.16
feet) to an iron rod found at the Southeast corner of said Lot 6, for an ell corner of this
tract;
THENCE N 57' 21' 13" E with the West line of said Lot 7 and the East line of said Lot 6 a
distance of 143.55 feet a drill hole found, for an angle corner of this tract;
THENCE N 00' 23' 38" E with the West line of said Lot 7 and the East line of said Lot 6 a
distance of 128.15 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 1,95 cares of land.
THEREFORE, the owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed
hereto, and in person or through a duly authorized agent hereby dedicates to the use of the
public forever all streets, alleys, parks, watercourses, drains, easements and public places
thereon shown for the purpose and consideration therein expressed and further warrants that
