THENCE N 01' 04' 52" E, with the West line of said Lot 2—A, a distance of 168.08 feet to
an iron rod found at the Northwest corner of said Lot 2—A and in the South line of Bartley
Drive, for the Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE with the North line of said Lot 2—A and the South line of Bartley Drive as follows:
S 58' 57' 22" E a distance of 64.42 feet to the beginning of a curve to the left having a
radius of 230.00 feet; Southeasterly with said curve to the left an arc distance of 120.47 to
an iron rod found at the end of this curve; S 88' 53' 45" E a distance of 114.35 feet to
the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 0.77 acre of land.
THEREFORE, the owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed
hereto, and in person or through a duly authorized agent hereby dedicates to the use of the
