more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron rod found in a curve to the right having a radius of 12264.67 feet at
the intersection of the North Right —of —Way line of Kell Freeway and the West line of West
Medical Court and at the Southeast corner of said Lot 4, and of this tract;
THENCE Southwesterly with the North Right —of —Way line of Kell Freeway and the South line of
said Lot 4 and said curve to the right an arc length of 376.60 feet
(Chord= S 87' 09' 00" W 376.59 feet) to an iron rod found Southwest corner of said Lot 3
and the Southeast corner of said Lot 2, for the Southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE N 00' 29' 40" E, with the West line of said Lot 3 and the East line of said Lot 2 a
distance of 212.15 feet to an iron rod found in the South line of Lot 1, Block 1, Lake
Wellington Estates, Phase One as shown on the plat recorded in Volume 27, Page 337-338,
Wichita County Plat Records, at the Northwest corner of said Lot 3 and the Northeast corner
of said Lot 2, for the Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE S 89' 29' 02" E, with the North line of said Lot 3, the South line of said Lot 1 and
the South line of Lot 5, said Block 1 a distance of 170.11 feet to an iron rod found at the
Northeast corner of said Lot 3, and the Northwest cornerof said Lot 4, for an angle corner
of this tract;
THENCE S 89' 28' 59" E, with the North line of Lot 4 and the South line of said Lot 5, a
distance of 187.38 feet to an iron rod set in the West line of West Medical Court, at .the
Northeast corner of said Lot 4, the Southeast corner of Lot 5 and at the beginning of a
curve to the Left having a radius of 60.00 feet, for the Northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE with the West line of West Medical Drive, the East line of said Lot 4 Southeasterly
with said curve to the Left an arc length of 63.16 feet (Chord S 17' 24' 00" E 60.28 feet)
to an iron rod found, for an angle corner of this tract;
THENCE S 00' 31' 23" W, with the West line of said West Medical Drive and the East line of
said Lot 4 a distance of 132.67 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 1.72 ACRES
of land.
THEREFORE, the owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed
hereto, and in person or through a duly authorized agent hereby dedicates to the use of the
public forever all streets, alleys, parks, watercourses, drains, easements and public places
thereon shown for the purpose and consideration therein expressed and further warrants that
he has lawful authority to make such dedications.
