to a point of the beginning of a curve to the left, for an angle comer of this tract;

1157 of the Wichita County Plat Records, said iron rod being an angle comer of this tract;
THENCE N 00' 23' 36" E with the East line of said Lot 5, Block 1, a distance of 185.01 feet
to a point in the South line of Lot 8, Block 1, Lake Wellington Estates, Phase 1, as recorded
In Volume 27, Pages 337-338 of the Wichita County Plat Records, for the Northwest comer
of this tract;
THENCE with the South line of said Lot 8, Block 1 as follows: N 89' 09' 48" E a distance of
280.80; and S 79' 02' 05" E 12.86 feet to a point at the Northwest comer of Lot 1, Block
19. Lake Wellington Estates, Phase 3, as recorded in Volume 27, Pages 379-380 of the
Wichita County Plat Records, for the Northeast comer of this tract;
THENCE S 30' 52' 54" E with the West line of said Lot 1, Block 19, a distance of 435.63
feet to a point in the North right-of-way line of the Kell Freeway Frontage Road, for the
Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE with the North right-of-way line of the Kell Freeway Frontage Road as follows
S 83' 40' 05" W a distance of 27.48 feet; and 455.06 feet with a curve to the right having
a radius of 12,264.67 feet (CH = S 84' 47' 32" W 455.03 feet) to the PLACE OF BEGINNING
and containing 3.560 ACRES of land.
THEREFORE, the Owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed
thereon and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicate to the use of the
public forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places
