THENCE S 00' 43' 45" W with the West line of Windthorst Road a distance of 175.00 feet
to a pipe fence corner for the Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S 85' 30' 43" W a distance of 200.00 feet to a pipe fence corner for the
Southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE N 00' 44' 31" E a distance of 175.00 feet to an iron rod set in the South
right—of—way line of U.S. 287 Central Freeway East, being a curve to the right having a
radius of 2829.79 feet, a central angle of 04' 02' 58" and a long chord which bears
N 85' 30' 39" E-199.96 feet;
THENCE in an Easterly direction with said curve to the right and said right—of—way line an
arc distance of 200.00 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 0.80 acre of land.
