BEGINNING at an iron rod found at the intersection of the North line of Old Seymour Road and
the West line of McNiel Avenue for the Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S 66' 34' W with the North line of Old Seymour Road a distance of 350.90 feet to an
iron rod set for the Southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE N 37' 11' W a distance of 61.20 feet to an iron rod set in the South line of Seymour
Highway for the Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE N 39' 13' E with the South line of Seymour Highway a distance of 122.66 feet to an
