the Southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE N 23' 19' W with the East line of said Lot 18, a distance of 149.08 feet to an iron rod
found in the South line of Carol Lane, for the Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE N 89' 24' E with the South line of Carol Lane, a distance of 193.89 feet to an iron rod
found at the Northwest corner of a tract conveyed to , by deed recorded in Volume
Wichita County Plat Records, for the Northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S 00' 15' E a distance of 137.00 feet to an iron rod found in the North line of Hursh
Estates, Section 1, for the Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S 89' 39' W with the North line of said Hursh Estates, Section 1, a distance of 193.72
feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 0.70 acre of land
THEREFORE, the Owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed
thereon and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the
public forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places
thereon shown for the purposes and considerations therein expressed.
