bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron rod found at the Northwest corner of Lot 1, Block 1, Woodland Creek
Addition as recorded in Volume 27, Pages 908-909, Wichita County Plat Records, said rod
being in the South line of the Chateau Addition, as recorded in Volume 26, Pages 276-277,
Wichita County Plat Records, for the Northeast comer of this tract;
THENCE S 00' 36' 16" E with the West line of said Lot 1, a distance of 118.53 feet to an
iron rod set at the Southwest comer of said Lot 1, and In the North line of Woodland Creek
Circle for the Southeast comer of this tract;
THENCE S 89' 36' 38" W with the North line of Woodland Creek Circle, a distance of 20.18
feet to an iron rod found at the beginning of a curve to the left having a radius of 1000.00
feet;
THENCE Westerly with said curve at 42.83 feet pass a drill hole found 0.2 foot South, and
continuing on same course, in all an arc distance of 105.61 feet to an iron rod found at the
Southeast comer of Lot 3-A, Block 1, as recorded in Volume 27. Page 913, Wichita County
Plat Records, (chord of this arc segment is S 86' 32' 37" W 105.56 feet), for the Southwest
comer of this tract;
THENCE N 00' 36' 38" W with the East line of said Lot 3-A, a distance of 123.70 feet to an
iron rod found at the Northeast corner of said Lot 3-A, said rod being in the South line of
said Chateau Addition, for the Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE N 89' 23' 45" E with the South line of said Chateau Addition, at 62.76 feet pass an
iron rod found 0.07 foot South, and continuing on some course, in all a distance of 125.62
feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 0.35 acre of land.
THEREFORE, the owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed
hereto and in person or through o duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the
