THENCE S 89' 56' 58" W with the South line of said Lot 20-A, a distance of 119.85 feet to
an iron rod found at the Southwest corner of said Lot 20-A in the East line of Woodland
Creek Circle, for the Southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE N 00. 19' 00" W with the East line of Woodland Creek Circle, a distance of 116.55
feet to an iron rod found at the beginning of a curve to the right having a radius of 25.0
feet and a central angle of 90' 00%
THENCE in a Northeasterly direction with said curve to the right on arc distance of 39.39
feet to an iron rod found at the end of curve (chord bearing of this arc segment is N 44•
45' 44" E-35.44 feet);
THENCE N 89. 44' 42" E with the South line of Woodland Creek Circle, a distance of 95.03
feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 0.39 acre of land.
THEREFORE, the Owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is ascribed hereon
and in person or through duly authorized agents, hereby dedicates to the use of the public
forever oil streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places thereon
