WHEREAS B. Lynn & Judy K. Smith are the owners of Lots 12 and 13, Block 1, Woodland
Creek Addition, more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at a mug nail set in a drill hole found in concrete at the Northeast corner of Lot
13, Block 1, Woodland Creek Addition as recorded in Volume 27, Pages 908-909. Wichita
County Plat Records, said nail being in the South line of Woodland Creek Circle, said nail also
being the most Easterly Northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE with the East line of said Lot 13 as follows: S 44' 38' 52" W a distance of 45.48
feet to on iron rod found for an angle corner of this tract; S 83' 45' 06" W a distance of
29.83 feet to an iron rod found for an angle corner of this tract: S 42' 18' 06" W a
distance of 48.13 feet to an iron rod found for an angle corner of this tract;
S 37' 25' 28" W a distance of 63.34 feet to an iron rod found at the Southeast corner of
said Lot 13 for the Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S 89' 17' 25" W, with the South line of said Lot 13, at 99.8 feet pass an iron rod
found at the Northeast corner of the J. A. Scott Survey No. 8, A-294, and continuing on
some course, in all a distance of 142.61 feet to the Southwest corner of said Lot 13, for the
Southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE N 00' 27' 36" W, with the West line of said Lot 13 and the West line of Lot 12.
Block 1, Woodland Creek Addition as recorded in Volume 27, Pages 908-909. Wichita County
Plat Records, a distance of 195.72 feet to an iron rod found at the Northwest corner of said
Lot 12, said rod being the Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE N 89' 30' 08" E, with the North line of said Lot 12. a distance of 119.94 feet to an
iron rod found at the Northeast corner of said Lot 12 in the West line of Woodland Creek
Circle, said rod being at the beginning of a curve to the left having a radius of 75.0 feet,
said rod also being the most Northerly Northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE Southeasterly with sold curve to the left an arc distance of 118.09 feet (Chord =
S 45' 38' 22" E — 106.27 feet) to an iron rod found in the North line of said Lot 13 in the
South line of Woodland Creek Circle;
THENCE N 89' 25' 33" E, with the North line of said Lot 13 and the South line of Woodland
Creek Circle, a distance of 80.77 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 0.788
acres of land.
THEREFORE, the owners of the land shown on this plat and whose names are subscribed
hereto and in person or through a duly authorized agent hereby dedicate to the use of the
public forever all streets, alleys, porks, water courses, drains, easements and public places
thereon shown r purpose and consideration therein expressed and further warrant that
