Southwest corner of said Sherwood Forest Addition, for the Northwest corner and PLACE OF
BEGINNING of this description;
THENCE N 89' 28' 00" E along the said South line of Sherwood Forest Addition, at 118.84
feet pass the Northeast corner of said Lot 8, being the Northwest comer of the above
mentioned Lot 7, and continuing on some course for a total distance of 212.19 feet to the
Northeast corner of said Lot 7 and for the Northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE along the East lines of Lot 7 as follows:

THENCE along the said North right-of-way line of Woodland Creek Circle as follows:
in a Northwesterly direction along a curve to the left, having a radius of 418.91 feet and a
central angle of 12' 42' 24", for an arc distance of 92.91 feet to a point of tangency
(Chord = N 84' 15' 02" W - 92.71 feet);
S 89' 23' 46" W a distance of 35.46 feet to a point of curvature;
in a Southwesterly direction along a curve to the left, having a radius of 75.00 feet and a
central angle of 36' 04' 03", for an arc distance of 47.21 feet to the Southwest corner of
said Lot 8 for the southwest corner of this tract (Chord = S 71' 21' 44" W - 46.44 feet);
THENCE leaving said North right-of-way line, N 36' 40' 18" W with the West line of said Lot
8, a distance of 178.51 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 0.627 acre of land.
THEREFORE, the Owners of the land shown on this plat and whose names ore
subscribed thereon and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the
use of the public forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and
