BEGINNING at an iron rod found at the Northwest corner of said Lot 9 in the East line of

THENCE N 89' 26' 29" E, with the North line of said Lot 9. a distance of 45.46 feet to an
iron rod found at the Northeast corner of said Lot 9 and the Northwest corner of Lot 7—A,

Records, for the Northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S 36' 40' 19" E, with the East line of said Lot R and the West line of said Lot 7—A,
a distance of 178.52 feet to an iron rod found in a curve to the left having a radius of
75.00 feet, said curve being in the West line of Woodland Creek Circle, said rod also being at
the East corner of said Lot 9 and the Southwest corner of said Lot 7—A, for the East
corner of this tract;
THENCE with the East line of said Lots 9 and 10 and the West line of Woodland Creek Circle
as follows: Southwesterly with said curve to the left an arc distance of 70.41 feet (Chord —
S 26. 31' 59" W — 67,85 feet) to an iron rod found at the end of said curve to the left;
and S 00. 29' 45" E a distance of 81.02 feet to an iron rod found at the Southeast corner
of said Lot 10 and the Northeast corner of Lot 11, Block 1, Woodland Creek Addition, for the
Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE N82. 54' 05" W, with theSouthline of said Lot 10 and the North line of said Lot
11, a distance of 121.06 feet to an iron rod found in the East line of Sam Houston Street at
the Southwest corner of said Lot 10 and the Northwest corner of said Lot 11, for the
Southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE N 00' 29' 45" W, with the East line of Sam Houston Street and the West line of said
Lots 10 and 9, a distance of 269.51 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 0.71
acre of land.
THEREFORE, the owners of the land shown on this plat and whose names are subscribed
hereto, and in person or through a duly authorized agent hereby dedicate to the use of the
public forever all streets, alleys, parks, watercourses, drains, easements and public places
thereon shown for the purpose and consideration therein expressed and further warrant that
