Woodland Creek Addition, an addition to the City of Wichita Falls, for the Southeast corner of
this tract;
THENCE in a Westerly direction with the said North right—of—way line of Woodland Creek Circle
as follows:
in a Southwesterly direction along a curve to the left, with a radius of 200.00 feet, for an
arc distance of 46.79 feet to an iron rod found at o point of reverse curvature for corner
(Chord=S 66'37'38"W-46.69 feet);
in a Westerly direction along a curve to the right with a radius of 45.00 feet, for on arc
distance of 46.33 feet to an iron rod found at a point of reverse curvature for corner
(Chord=S 89'44'44"W-44.31 feet);
in a Westerly direction along a curve to the left with a radius of 200.00 feet, for an arc
distance of 103.85 feet to an iron rod found at a point of tangency for corner (Chord=
N 75'49'51"W-102.68 feet); and
S 89' 27' 20" W a distance of 40.40 feet to an iron rod found for the Southwest corner of
this tract, said corner also being the Southeast corner of Lot 11, Block 2, Woodland Creek
Addition, a lot dedicated as a private park;
THENCE leaving said North right—of—way line of Woodland Creek Circle, N 19' 31' 58" E a
distance of 93.80 feet to an iron rod found for the Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE along the North lines of Lot 7 and Lot 8, Block 2, Woodland Creek Addition,
N 78' 17' 05" E a distance of 128.63 feet to a mag nail set in a found drill hole, for an
angle corner of this tract;
THENCE along the North lines of Lot 8 and Lot 9, Block 2, Woodland Creek Addition,
N 88' 14' 56" E a distance of 68.92 feet to a mag nail set in a found drill hole, for the
Northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE with the West line of the above said Lot 10. Block 2, S 00' 26' 03" E a distance of
122.67 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 0.569 acre of land.
THEREFORE, the Owners of the land shown on this plat and whose names are
subscribed thereon and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicate to the
use of the public forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and
public places thereon shown for the purposes and considerations therein expressed, and
further warrant that they have the lawful authority to make such dedications.
