"T" found at the Southeast corner of a tract conveyed to Lone Star Gas in Volume 471, Page 245,
Wichita County Deed Records;
THENCE N 000 10' W a distance of 150.00 feet to an iron rod found at the Northeast corner of Lone
Star Gas tract;
THENCE S 550 28' W a distance of 60.0 feet to the Northwest corner of Lone Star Gas tract;
THENCE S 0-00 10' E a distance of 150.00 feet to an iron "t" found in the North line of Seymour
Highway;
THENCE S 550 28' W with the North line of Seymour Highway, a distance of 36.22 feet to an iron
rod found;
THENCE West a distance of 768.6 feet to a fence corner;
THENCE N 000 10' W a distance of 1264.37 feet to a point on the South line of Wichita River;
THENCE with the South line of the Wichita River as follows: S 88' 19' E 194.03 feet; S 880 56' E
138.40 feet; N 87' 57' E 214.27 feet; a nd N 860 17' E 301.90 feet to the Northeast corner of the said
Robert Evans Survey;
THENCE S 000 10' E with the East line of Evans Survey, a distance of 161.81 feet to the Northwest
corner of said Block 8, Westover Hills Addition;
THENCE N 810 00' E a distance of 151.80 feet to the Northeast corner of said Block 8;
THENCE S 000 10' E with the East line of said Block 8, a distance of 987.80 feet to the PLACE OF
BEGINNING and containing 27.93 acres of land.
The owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is ascribed hereto, and in person
or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all streets,
alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places thereon shown for the purposes
and consideration therein expressed.
