from an iron rod found at the Southeast corner of the McKenzie -Knight Subdivision, as shown
on plat recorded at Volume 5, Page 592, Wichita County Plat Records, also being the
Northeast corner of a tract conveyed to Miller Daniel by deed recorded at Volume 1152, Page
455, Wichita County Deed Records;
THENCE S 23' 15' E a distance of 163.38 feet to a 3/a" pipe found at the Southeast corner of
Miller Daniel tract;
THENCE S 89' 55' W a distance of 239.27 to an iron rod set for the Southwest corner of this
tract;
THENCE N 00' 07' W a distance of 150.0 feet to an iron rod set for the Northwest corner of this
tract;
THENCE N 89' 50' E a distance of 175.07 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing
0.714 acre of land.
The owners of the land shown on this plat and whose names are subscribed hereto, and
in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever
all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places thereon shown
for the purposes and consideration therein expressed.
