to the City of Wichita Falls, Wichita County, Texas, according to the plat of record In Volume 23, Page 52,
Wichita County Plat Records, and a 0.982 acre tract of land out of Block 14. Denton County School Land,
League No. 1, A-58 as described in warranty deed recorded in Volume 1985, Page 272, Wichita County
Deed Records, and being more specifically described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at a found Iron rod in the North right-of-way line of Call Field Road, a dedicated street, said rod
being the Southwest corner of Lot 2-A, Cunninghom-Call Field Addition and bears S 89' 47' W a distance of
740.15 feet from the Intersection of the said North line of Coll Field Road with the West line of McNiel Avenue,
a dedicated street, for the Southeast comer and the PLACE OF BEGINNING of the herein described tract;
THENCE S 89'47' W along the North line of Call Field Road, at 111.58 feet pass the Southeast corner of the
of the above mentioned Lot 1-A, Block 1, Charles Barr Subdivision, and continuing along same course for a
total distance of 305.78 feet to an iron rod set for the Southwest corner of the said Lot 1-A, Block 1,
Charles Barr Subdivision and for the Southwest comer of this tract;
THENCE leaving sold North right-of-way line of Call Field Road, N 00' 02' E a distance of 396.50 feet to on
iron rod found for the Northwest corner of this tract and the Northwest corner of said Lot 1-A, Black 1, Charles
Barr Subdivision, said rod also lies in the South line of Fountain Park, Section 2-0, as recorded in Volume 12,
Pages 52 & 53, Wlchita County Plat Records;
THENCE along the said South line of Fountain Park, Section 2-D, N 89'52' E, at 188,54 feet pass the Northeast
comer of said Lot 1-A, Block 1, Charles Barr Subdivision and continuing on some course for a total distance of
292,86 feet to a found iron rod for the northeast comer of this tract, said rod also being the Northwest corner
of the above said Lot 2-A, Cunningham -Call Field Addition;
THENCE along the West line of said Lot 2-A, Cunningham -Call Field Addition, S 01'50' E a distance of 396.23
feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 2,723 acres of land.
THEREFORE, the Owner of land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed hereto, and in person or
through a duly authorized agent hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all streets, alleys, parks,
water courses, drains, easements and public places thereon shown for the purpose and considerations
therein expressed.
