rod found for the Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE N 880 59' 00" W a distance of 424.65 feet to an iron rod found at the Southwest corner
of this tract;
THENCE N 280 46' 00" E a distance of 292.85 feet to an iron rod found in the South line of
Midwestern Parkway for the Northwest corner of tract;
THENCE S 890 02' 38" E with the South line of Midwestern Parkway a distance of 288.00 feet to
the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 2.121 acres of land.
THEREFORE, the Owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed
thereon and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public
forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places thereon
