right—of—way line of Old Iowa Park Road (U.S. Highway 287) and N 00.23' W 1527.9 feet from the center of the main line of
Burlington Northern Railroad;
THENCE along the center line of Fell Lane, N 00.23' W 475.49 feet to a nail found for the Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE leaving center of Fell Lane, N 89.27' E, at 20.0 feet pass a found iron rod, at 30.00 feet pass the Southwest corner
of Lot 1, Block 1, Triple A Addition, as recorded in Volume 27, Pages 656 & 657, Wichita County Plat Records, and continuing
along the South line of said Lot 1, for a total distance of 629.91 feet to a found iron rod in a fence line for the Southeast
corner of said Lot 1 and for the Northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S 00'22' E with fence line, a distance of 601.37 feet to an iron rod found for the Southeast corner of this tract;
