Deed Records, and described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the center of Fell Lane, said point is N 00'23' W 480.5 feet from the
Southwest corner of said 16.79 acre tract; N 00'23' W 1835.4 feet from the North line of the right—of—
way of Old Iowa Park Road (U. S. Highway 287); and N00'23' W 12008.4 feet from the center of the
main line of the Fort Worth and Denver Railroad;
THENCE along the center line of Fell Lane, N 00'23' W 110.0 feet to a point for the Northwest corner
of this tract;
THENCE leaving center of Fell Lane, N 89'27' E, at 20.0 feet pass fence corner and continuing on the same
course with fence for a distance of 629.96 feet, in all, to a fence corner for the Northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S 00'22' E with fence 110.0 feet to an iron rod set for the Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S 89'27' W, at 609.91 feet pass Iron rod set and continuing on the some course, in all, a distance
