BEGINNING at a 'Az inch iron rod set at the Northeast corner of Lot 1, Block 1, Carriage
Hills Addition as shown on the Plat of Record in Volume 26, Pages 121 and 122, Wichita
County Plat Records;
THENCE N 890 38' 39" W 171.69 feet along the North line of Block 1, Carriage Hills
Addition to a ',2 inch iron rod set next to a 3/4 inch iron rod found for the Southwest
corner of this tract;
THENCE N 000 17' 18" E 100.47 feet along a fence to a 3/4 inch iron rod found for the
Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE S 89e 34, 48" E 171.34 feet to a ',2 inch iron rod set on the West line of Barnett
Road, a 3/4 inch iron rod found bears N 89e 34' 48" W 1.70 feet, the Southeast corner
of Carriage Hills Estates bears N 00* 04' 48" W 779.57 feet from this It inch iron rod;
THENCE S 000 04' 48" E 100.28 feet along the West line of Barnett Road to the Place of
Beginning and containing 0.40 Acre of land. The bearings in these Field Notes are NAD
83 Grid bearings from Solar Observations.
