BEGINNING at an iron rod set on the East line of Lot 3, Block V, Park Place Subdivision,
said Iron rod Iles N 00' 01' 55" E a distance of 20 feet from the Southeast corner of
said Lot 3;
THENCE with North Line of Weeks Street, East a distance of 20 feet to an iron rod set
at the beginning of a curve to the left;
THENCE along sold curve to the left having a radius of 512.9 feet, and a central angle
16' 46' 14" a distance of 150.12 feet to a 1/2" iron rod set at the Southwest corner
of a 40 foot Drainage and Utility easement;
THENCE with said Easement, N 23' 56' 00" E a distance of 222.30 feet to an iron rod
set in West line of said Easement;
THENCE with South line of a tract conveyed to Hardy Gage In Volume 1127, Page 141,
Wichita County Deed Records, West a distance of 258.05 feet to an iron rod set in
the East line of Block U, Park Place Subdivision;
THENCE with East line of said Block U, S 00' 01' 55" W at 64.98 feet pass the North—
east corner of said Block V, continuing with East line of said Block V, in all a distance
of 225.0 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 1.05 acres of land.
The owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name Is ascribed hereto, and
in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public
forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places
thereon shown for the purposes and consideration therein expressed.
