THENCE East a distance of 265.0 feet to an iron rod set at the Southeast corner of 1.18 acres conveyed
from Foley Children Partnership to Wallace Gresham at Volume 1599, Page 560, Wichita County Official
Records;
THENCE N 000 03' 18" E a distance of 256.0 feet to a point in the North line of Block 13 and in the center
of Morgan Road;
THENCE East with the North line of Block 13, a distance of 380.3 feet to a point in the center of Morgan
Lane at the Northwest corner of a tract conveyed to Fred Young at Volume 1830, Page 456, Wichita County
Official Records;
THENCE South, at 15.0 feet pass an iron rod in the South line of Morgan Lane and continuing South, in
all a distance of 256.0 feet to an angle point;
THENCE West a distance of 320.0 feet to an ell corner;
THENCE S 000 03' 18" W a distance of 414.0 feet to a point in the North line of Foley Children Partnership
tract;
THENCE West a distance of 325.0 feet to a point in the West line of Block 13 and the West line of
Thompson Road;
THENCE N 000 03' 18" E with the West line of Thompson Road, 414.0 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING
and containing 5.322 acres of land.
1.82 ACRES (Lot 2):
Beginning at a point in the North line of Block 13 and in the center of Morgan Road, which bears West 50.0
feet from the Northeast comer of Block 13, for the Northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE South a distance of 208.7 feet to a point for the Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE West a distance of 380.0 feet to the Southeast comer of a one acre tract conveyed to Fred Young
in deed recorded in Volume 1910, Page 793, Wichita County Official Records;
THENCE North a distance of 208.7 feet to a point in the North line of Block 13 and the center of Morgan
Road for the Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE East with the North line of Block 13 a distance of 380.0 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and
containing 1.82 acre of land.
