WOOD SUBDIVISION, as recorded at Volume 26, Page 469, Wichita County Plat Records; THENCE with North line of said Lot 1, S 86 01' E, 77.6 feet to the Northeast corner of said Lot 1 for an ell corner of this tract; THENCE with East line of said Lot 1, S 07' 20' W, 8.1 feet to a point in a fence line for an ell corner of this tract, said point being the Northwest corner of 0.44 acre tract conveyed to William D.
