WHEREAS, DAFFORD and MARY GAMBILL are the owners of a certain 9.401 acre tract out of the
Thoman Revis Survey, A-253, Wichita County, Texas, described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron rod set at the intersection of the North right—of—way line of Old Iowa
Park Road with the center of Wichita County Water Improvement District lateral, being the
Southeast corner of a 1.7 acre tract conveyed to C.E. Henry by deed recorded at Volume
863, Page 601, said rod also being 160 feet Northeast from the center of the Fort Worth
& Denver Railroad Co. track;
THENCE with center of irrigation canal on East line of said 1.7 acres and East line of eight
acres conveyed to C.E. Henry at Volume 780, Page 13, Wichita County Deed Records,
N 00' 06' 15' E, at 1095.8 feet canal turns Northeast and continuing on the some course,
in all 1230.9 feet to on iron rod set at the Northeast corner of said eight acres;
THENCE S 89' 43' W, at 21.7 feet pass fence comer and continuing with fence, in all
374.62 feet to an iron rod set by fence corner for Northwest corner of said eight acres;
THENCE with fence S 00' 22' E, 957.9 feet to a 6" pipe corner post at Northern Southwest
comer of eight acres and Northwest corner of Lot 1, Block 1, H. R. WOOD SUBDIVISION, as
recorded at Volume 26, Page 469, Wichita County Plat Records;
THENCE with North line of said Lot 1, S 86 01' E, 77.6 feet to the Northeast corner of said
Lot 1 for an ell corner of this tract;
THENCE with East line of said Lot 1, S 07' 20' W, 8.1 feet to a point in a fence line for an
ell corner of this tract, said point being the Northwest corner of 0.44 acre tract conveyed to
William D. Gray at Volume 1896, Page 627, Wichita County Deed Records;
THENCE with said fence S 87 01' E, 99.0 feet to on iron rod set by fence corner at the
Northeast corner of said 0.44 acre for an ell corner of this tract;
THENCE with fence S 09' 18' W, at 161.7 feet pass era of fence and continuing, in all
208.62 feet to an iron rod set in the North right—of—way line of Old Iowa Park Road at the
Southeast corner of 0.44 acres;
THENCE parallel to and 160 feet Northeast from the centerline of Fort Worth & Denver
Railroad track, S 79' 44' E 229.0 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING.
THEREFORE, the Owners of the land shown on this, plat and whose names are subscribed thereon and in person
or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all streets, alleys, parks,
water courses, drains, easements and public places thereon shown for the purposes and considerations
therein expressed.
