BEGINNING at a Texas D. O. T. bronze right-of-way monument found in the Southeast line of
State Highway No. 79, at the Southwest corner of a one acre tract conveyed to Bullington &
McMahon at Volume 655, Page 47, Wichita County Deed Records, said monument also being at
the Northwest corner of a one acre tract conveyed to Billy McCall by deed recorded at Volume
1350, Page 434, Wichita County Deed Records:
THENCE with said right-of-way, N 470 18' E a distance of 368.91 feet to a bronze monument
found at an angle in right-of-way;
THENCE continuing with said right-of-way, N 520 34' E a distance of 436.55 feet to an iron rod set
at the Northwest corner of Trinity Air Conditioning Tract, described in deed recorded at Volume
1691, Page 330, Wichita County Deed Records;
THENCE S 000 50' 07' E a distance of 214.10 feet to the Southwest corner of Trinity tract, from
which a bent iron rod in concrete at the Southwest corner of a corrugated metal building bears
East 0.15 foot;
THENCE S 89' 57' E a distance of 109.6 feet to a 2" pipe at the Southeast corner of metal
building;
THENCE with fence, S 00' 02' 33" E a distance of 276.38 feet to an iron rod found on the
Northwest side of fence corner;
THENCE West a distance of 34.54 feet to an iron rod found from which a fence corner bears S
28° 00' E 0.85 foot;
THENCE S 000 25'55" W a distance of 295.24 feet to an iron rod found on the Northwest side of
fence corner;
THENCE N 890 47' W a distance of 74.74 feet to an iron rod found on the Northeast side of fence
corner;
THENCE N 660 26' 40" W a distance of 675.48 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing
6,982 acres.
The owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is ascribed hereto, and in
person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all
streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places thereos shown or the
purposes and consideration therein expressed.
