THENCE S 00' 36' 30" E with East line of said 4.49 acre tract at 66.13 feet pass an iron rod in fence lire North
line Bailey Road and continuing N 000 36' 30" E in all a distance of 978.21 feet to an iron rod found in fence
its Northeast corner for the Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE N 89' 09' 48" E with fence a distance of 399.70 feet to air Iron rod found a fence comer for the
Northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S 00' 50' 37" W with fence at 301.00 feet pass a fence corner at 915,52 feet pass an iron rod found
in fence the North line of Bailey Road and continuing S 00" 50' 37" W in all a distance of 981.52 feet to a point
in the South line of said Henry Haslie Survey for the Southeast comer of this tract;
THENCE N 88' 41' 30" W with the South fine of said Henry Hastie Survey a distance of 395.69 feel to the
PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 8.95 acres of land.
The owners of the land shown on this plat and whose names are subscribed hereto, and in person or through
a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all streets, alleys, parks, water
courses, drains, easements and public places thereon shown or the purposes and consideration therein
