Section 15, Tarrant County School Land;
THENCE S 890 53' 42" E at 30.0 feet pass a 1/2 inch iron rod set on the East side of Rifle Range Road,
in all a distance of 294.20 feet to a 1/2 inch iron rod set for the Northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S 000 06' 18" W 290.20feet to a 1/2 inch iron rod set at the Northeast cornerof Lot 2;
THENCE N 89° 53' 42" W along the North line of Lot 2 at 264.20 feet pass a 1/2 inch iron rod set on the
East sideof Rifle Range Road, in all atotal distanceof 294.20feet to a 1/2 inch iron rod seton the West
line of Section 15 and the centerof Rifle Range Road;
THENCE N 000 06' 18" E 290.2feet along the West line of Section 15 to the Place of Beginning and

containing 1.96 Acres of land. The bearings in these Field Notes are NAD 83 Grid bearings from Solar
Observations.
