Pages 46 & 4-1, Wichita County Plat Records for the Southeast corner and Place of Beginning of this description;
THENCE along the said North right. -of -way
of Maurine Street in
a Southwesterly direction along a
curve to right,

for an arc distance of 430.47 feet
to an iron rod
at the point of intersection of said North
right-of-way line of
Maurine Street with the East right-of-way

Red Fox Road for the Southwest corner of

THENCE along said East right-of-way line of Red Fox Road as follows:
in a northerly direction along a curve to the right, having a radius of 751.45 feet, a central angle of 5' 11' 52",
for on arc distance of 68.17 feet to a point of tangency;
N 00' 38' W a distance of 487.57' to an iron rod at the Northwest corner of the above said Lot 2, for the
Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE leaving said East right-of-way line of Red Fox Road, N 89' 59' 53" E a distance of 423.42 feet along
the North line of said Lot 2 to an iron rod for the Northeast corner of said Lot 2 and the Northeast corner of

THENCE S 00' 29' 50" E a distance of 457.50 feet along the East line of said Lot 2, to the Place of Beginning
