THENCE N 53° 18' 31" W a distance of 313.67 feet to a spike set for a corner of this tract,
THENCE N 30' 18' 19" E 204.78 feet to a spike set for a corner of this tract;
THENCE N 860 55' 27" E a distance of 381.04 feet to a spike set for the Northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S 38' 00' 37" W a distance of 223.80 feet to a spike set at an angle point;
THENCE S 180 36' 53" W a distance of 172.30 feet a spike set for an ell corner of this tract,
THENCE S 600 04' 51" E at 380.37 feet pass an iron rod set in fence and continuing S 60' 04' 51" E in all a
distance of 421.65 feet to a point in the Northwest right-of-way line of F.M. Highway No. 1740 for the
Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S 30' 02' W with Northwest right-of-way of F.M. Highway No 1740 a distance of 94.65 feet to the
PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 3.02 acres of land.
The owners of the land shown on this plat and whose names are subscribed hereto, and in person
orthrough a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all streets, alleys, parks,
water courses, drains, easements and public places thereon shown or the purposes and consideration therein
